Steps 1 : Hard Reset
Samsung Galaxy Hard Reset
1. First turn off the phone by using the Power key
2. Push and hold togheter Volume up +Home key+ Power key
3. Select with volume down (-) "wipe data" and push power
key to confirm
4. Push Volume (-) to select "yes-delete all user data" and press
power key
5. Push the power key to select "reboot system now"
6. Wait until the phone will restart
Steps 2 : Factory Reset
1. Switch on Samsung Galaxy A3 (A300F)
2. Make sure Samsung Galaxy A3 battery is charged completely
3. Go to Menu > Setting > Backup & Reset > Factory data reset > Reset device
4. Select Erase Everything
5. Then Samsung Galaxy A3 will complete the process
